Victoria Village17 photos This Victoria Village bungalow had too many walls and closed in spaces. The home owner wanted an open and inviting space suitable for entertaining her friends and family. Thanks to Kurt Schmidt and his team from Spaces Construction, they did a fabulous job! By removing 3 walls it enabled us to enlarge her kitchen, so it could be open to the dining room which was now open to the living room. Perfect for entertaining. Thanks to Mike Giannantonio of Treehouse Fine cabinetry, the cabinetry looks amazing.
North York Condo Kitchen12 photos This uptown condo's kitchen needed an overhaul. It was dark and not very functional. The home owners wanted a fresh modern feel, while making it more functional. The corner cabinets were basically unusable and working in a corner is also not very functional. What we ended up with is a fresh, modern, bright and functional space.

Riverdale Kitchen12 photos This lovely Riverdale Kitchen just had a complete makeover.
We were able to meet the clients' list of must-haves and nice-to-haves, such as banquette seating, quartz countertop, small broom closet, a pantry cabinet, appliance garage with a pull-out for their stand mixer, a baking storage section and ample lighting, and as you can see there is plenty of light...everywhere!
Credit to Kurt Schmidt of Spaces Construction and your team. You did a beautiful job, your tilers did an awesome job, as did Mike Giannantonio of Tree House Fine Cabinetry- they look fantastic! We also used Nadurra for the engineered hardwood flooring throughout the main floor, Albert Stortchak of Der Dietemann Antiques for the vintage school house pendant light fixture, and The Tile Store for all the beautiful marble backsplash tiles and front hall tiles. Jenn-Air and Miele appliances are from Caplans Appliances, Mike Wozniak refurbished the clients' old kitchen table to suit their new kitchen needs. Cabinet lighting was from Lee Valley and cabinet hardware was from Upper Canada Specialty Hardware, Roman blind and banquette cushions through Creating Home.

Lake House11 photos A Small 640 sq Floating Home is small on space , but big on style.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are open to each other to create a large open living space. The kitchen and dining area are still to undergo an update..... The tiny bedroom is made grand with a floor to ceiling curtain headboard which also emphasizes the 9' ceilings throughout the home.
The front room needed to serve double duty as the entrance and a home office. The built-in desk and shelving unit where designed to fit the small space to maximize the small foot print. A zebra print wallpaper was added to create depth and energy to the room. We created all the soft furnishings, such as the slipcovers, drapes and pillows.
